Zach Allen joined Folawn Alterman & Richardson LLP as an associate in 2014. His experience as co-founder of a business gave Zach a firm understanding of the importance of getting things done. Zach always brings his creative analysis to bear on complicated legal tasks and strives to effectively and efficiently meet client needs.

Before joining the firm, Zach served as a law clerk to the Honorable James C. Egan at the Oregon Court of Appeals. During law school, Zach worked as a law clerk for the Federal Public Defender of Oregon, and also externed for the Honorable William K. Sessions, III at the United State District Court for the District of Vermont. Zach's time at the Court of Appeals exposed him to a wide variety of complex and challenging legal issues.

Zach obtained his B.A. from Middlebury College and graduated magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School. While at law school, he served on the Law Review and was selected to the school's Moot Court Honor Board.

Originally from Vermont, Zach spends his winters skiing on Mount Hood and his summers cheering on the Boston Red Sox.
